Subscribei purchased this product 4 months ago, have used a couple dozen times and after going through the learning curve couldnt cook without it…Frozen fish to done 10 min, spag sauce, soups, chili, risotto, penne noodle recipe’s, wild rice, etc….in under 20 min. you must have some prior pressure cooking knowledge, as with all kitchen appliances they only do what you tell them. Cuisinart CPC-600 takes some work to master them, but be patient…buy some books, and dont be scared.
