SubscribeWe purchsed this same computer from ShopNBC to beginning my t-shirt intent business. It arrived with a 1 year warrenty. The price for the went warrenty was out of this world. When we went it home, within 30 days we received to have it Toshiba Satellite L655-S5107 to a companionship that worked with Toshiba to get it repaired. Later that, we received to transport it back to Toshiba 2 times ahead it was “fixed”. Three months afterward the warrenty expired the motherboard blew. I foretold ShopNBC to complain nearly the computer and although they (ShopNBC) were not responsible, they(ShopNBC) gave me a credit towards any future products I purchased from them (ShopNBC). Fashion to perish ShopNBC!! Forget nearly talking to a rep at Toshiba. They are someplace in India and not alone do they not talk gain english, THEY ARE VERY, VERY, VERY, Very RUDE. I postulated to have my warrenty went by a match of months viewing as they received it more than we did in the beginning. It was easier pulling my teeth than getting any type of sastisfaction from Toshiba. My advice is to purchase a Dell or an Acer,ANYTHNG OTHER THAN A TOSHIBA. Instantly we are dumbfounded with a $800 computer that will cost $750 to repair. Heck, my verizon netbook works better. TOSHIBA SUCKS Big TIME.
